Janet's unique vocal style accentuates a broad spectrum of music, ranging from yesterday's rhythm and blues to the soulful soundings of today's rock and roll. Janet toured with LaVogue in the 80's as a big band icon and later with Roger Shrieves and The Searchers. From there, Janet went on to conquer the theater, performing in the Broadway hit "Grease", recreating the goofy pink lady, Rizzo.
